Ship items back within: 30 days of purchase

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized orders

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can help resolve the issue.
