All items are handmade and do take additional time to create, we appreciate your patience while we are creating your one of a kind item! 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–12 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

International

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
